Traditionally a french wedding cake, but these days Croquembouche are extremely popular for any occasion.
This beautiful wedding cake is made of almond genoise filled with raspberry buttercream. The croquembouche is made from mini cream puffs filled with custard and meringue flowers. The bottom outside layer is vanilla buttercream. The topper is made of Isomalt Sugar. Mouth watering goodness!
